Dirt-repellent mats: a mat for every zone

When a user visits your establishment, he or she brings some dirt from outside, which can spread inside your premises. To limit their intrusion and keep your floors clean, we recommend installing a professional entrance mat. Zone 1: capturing coarse dirt in front of the entrance

This first zone is located outside, before the entrance to your establishment. This is where a professional entrance mat is usually installed. Its purpose? To trap heavy dirt stuck to shoes. To achieve this, we recommend you choose an anti-dirt, scratch-resistant mat.

Compliant with ERP access standards, this product is specially designed with synthetic fibers (nylon, for example) or natural fibers (such as coconut fiber). Thanks to its robust design, it can withstand intensive use, bad weather and temperature changes. The scrubbing function is made possible by the presence of small brushes that scrub the soles of shoes and retain the heaviest dirt, such as gravel or mud.

Zone 2: retaining fine dirt after entry

This second zone appears once the threshold has been crossed. At this point, users no longer have any (or very little) heavy soiling stuck to their soles... But residual moisture and dust still remain, particularly in the grooves of the soles. Once you've benefited from the scrubbing action of the Zone 1 mat, we recommend the use of an absorbent dirt-removal mat.

This type of professional antifouling mat absorbs moisture and can hold up to 6 liters of water per m2. This reduces the appearance of unsightly footprints, as well as the risk of slips and falls caused by a soaked surface. It also traps a maximum amount of fine dust and dirt, reducing the time needed to maintain your floors.

Zone 3: protect and personalize your traffic areas

Once through these two zones, your visitors reach the interior of your premises, generally accessing circulation or reception areas: this is zone 3. To avoid distorting the design and decoration of your spaces, while offering additional resistance to skidding, we recommend the installation of a personalized professional mat.
