Pricing & transport costs :
All our prices are ex-works and exclusive of tax, unless otherwise indicated.
The flat-rate contribution to postage and packing or carriage paid is specified in our quotations, order forms or in the shopping basket. They apply to deliveries throughout Europe.
Additional charges may apply for re-deliveries, appointments, special installations or services, and transport with tailgate. These costs may be subject to additional invoicing.
Delivery times :
Delivery times 7 to 10 days for all of Europe from the date of order validation if the item is in stock. The delivery time indicated on all our documents is "ex works". This period, applicable from the date of validation of your order.
Delivery and damage :
Upon receipt of your order, we remind you thatit is imperative to check the condition of the goods in the presence of the driver and to express any reservations first on the delivery note, then to confirm these reservations by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to the carrier, within 10 days of receipt of the order at the latest.
In accordance with article L133-3 of the French Commercial Code, these 2 steps are both necessary to exercise any recourse. In the absence of these 2 formalities, the equipment is deemed to have been delivered in good condition and no recourse is possible.
In the event of failure to comply with this legal procedure, we decline all responsibility and cannot accept any claim or return. Any damage or shortcomings will be entirely at your expense.
We therefore strongly recommend you to be vigilant at the time of delivery, and to make your staff aware of this point.
